Enrolment and Admission
The German School and Kindergarten at the Taipei European School offers an online admissions process which is convenient and straightforward. However, we always encourage interested families to contact us and take a tour through our school first.
We enrol students from all countries throughout the year at the kindergarten and in autumn and spring at the school, Individual arrangements are possible for smooth transitions from other international schools as well.

Admission Steps
The application process is easy. You can save online application at any time and return to complete the applicaiton later. For further guidance, please see our step-by-step guide.
Step 1: Inquiry
Take the opportunity to get to know our Teachers and premises. We are happy to show you everything and answer any questions you might have.

Step 2: Application
If you are a first-time user, you need to create an account to access our online application platform Open-Apply. Then you enter all necessary details and upload the required documents. All steps are explained in detail. Make sure that you indicate in your application that you enroll at the German Section.
A application fee of 6.000 NT$ is required.
According to the regulations in Taiwan for international schools all students at the Taipei European School need to hold a foreign passport.

Step 3: Assessment
After an application is received, the admissions team will advise you of the next steps. We might contact you to clarify any questions or maybe invite you with your child for an interview at the school.
Your application will be reviewed by the adission team and the relevant teachers to ensure that every student can fully access and thrive in our program.
Step 4: Admission complete
We will inform you about the admissions decision as soon as the review is complete with an offer for your child.
