Application Process

Our Admissions team will ensure the smoothest possible transition for your family. We offer enrolments for the beginning of each semester (February and September) as long as spaces are available. Exceptions are possible if there are special circumstances.
Please note that admissions meetings and school tours are available by appointment only. Application Process

Step 1

Prospective students need to submit all required forms and documents online and pay a non-refundable Application Fee in order to be enrolled.

We recommend to book a tour through our school first where all your questions can be answered.

Step 2

Once the required forms and documents have been submitted, the Admissions Office and the appropriate school administration will review the application file.
Applications are considered in chronological order of receipt. Each applicant is reviewed individually and independently.
More information, tests or interviews may be requested. We will be notify you by email of the outcome.

Step 3

When your application is accepted we will send you the offer for a place at our kindergarten by email.
After your final confirmation we will send you all relevant information and also the invoice for the enrolment fee and the tuition fee for the first semester.

To Apply, Please Submit The Following Items on our Online Application Portal:

  • File your Online Application here.
  • The applicant's valid non-Taiwanese passport (if your child holds a PRC, Hong Kong or Macau passport, please contact the Admissions Office at admissions@tes.tp.edu.tw for further information on additional required documents).

  • Official school reports for the past two years for Primary school applicants, three years for Secondary and High School applicants (in German or English).

  • A colour passport-size photo (digital).

  • Evidence of the applicant’s legal residency, i.e. Taiwanese passport or Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) as soon as it has been obtained.
